Since the products and services which are being offered by TheCustomBoxes.com are customized according to the client's request, it is recommended that the customer notify the company at support@TheCustomBoxes.com within three working days of receiving the order if the delivered products do not meet their requirements, specifications or are defective. A chargeback is not an option; however, the company will provide a free reprint of the order if the issue with the product is proven to be on the company's end. The TCB management team determined the defect. Full orders must be returned by the customer within 7 working days at their own expense, together with sufficient documentation of product flaws and digital images, so that the order can be correctly reprinted. If the fault is at the client's end and still they want a refund, they will have to send us back the printed job, a chargeback will be provided after deducting the product's setup and shipping cost from the company.
